When i was showering just now i was thinking, why do i love my God, why do i run after Him, why have i stayed with Him for the past five years and why i'm gonna stay with Him for the next five. My words won't do justice to all He's done but i'm gonna try.
He
healed my brokenness and pieced my shattered heart back together. It's a tough job which was impossible in my own eyes but He did it. He gives me
peace when everything around is shouting at me trying to take me apart. He lets me
rest when i am drained out with nothing to give. He lets me
breathe above the water level when it tries to cover me. He shows me He is the
hope when i am giving up. Time and time again He
saved my life. He gives me reasons to actually
smile. He does not let me struggle through life instead His
grace lets me overcome. God showed me my
value was defined by Him not by myself or anyone else. He makes sure
justice is done so i can be rest assured that everything will be fair. He loves me, my family, friends and the world so i know
everything's gonna be alright. He puts real joy into my heart,
unspeakable joy that cannot be compared. His
perfect love covers me when i am scared. He's provides such
real strength when i cannot walk on. When i don't understand what's happenning, i know that i know that i can
trust in His unchanging character. He loves me enough to
change me. He showed me i am not a mistake, i was created by Him
on purpose for His purpose, that when all is said and done, i can stand tall with my head held high and say "i have ran the race and it was all well worth it."
