I love this song. It does bring back memories. Times when we talked so much. Half of it was full of crap. The other half was filled with questions about everything. Did you ever know that every single time i left feeling so encouraged. Feeling so blessed.
Now you're asking me questions. For many of them, i won't pretend i have the answers. I don't know why God lets all this happen. I don't know why He lets us feel so much pain. I don't know why He lets us go all the way down. Neither do i know why He lets the orphan in africa cry. Neither do i know why He let my dear relative have terminal cancer.
But there is something i know for certain. I know God's love. I know His character does not change. I know that in our darkest hour He is closer to us than our very breath. I know that when we cry, He keeps our tears. I know that when we cry out to Him, He hears it and comes to us. This is my stubborn faith. I have experienced it therefore i am stubborn.
Now it's my turn. You're gonna make it through the rain, somehow.
It's fine if you don't have faith for the future, because we do. We will stand in the gap. You rest well.
