It's so confusing! =(

The law society of new south wales says there's undue influence in yerkey v jones (1939) and that's what i believe so far and that's what many lawyers say. But then the australian law reform commission says that there isn't undue influence in the case and i don't understand their explaination why! Who do i listen to?

Argh i hate this..

So far i've only written 88 words in my paper.
