Today my recovering flu became much worse cos of the rain and the freezing office aircon. I already wore a jacket since morning but i still felt crap.. Maybe tommorrow i'll have to wear 3 layers or i can bring a scarf. The doctor gave me 2 days of mc but at this rate i don't think i'll use it. I can't bear the thought of the department having to do more overtime above their own overtime just to help me finish my work.
Oh yar, just now my mother asked me to go drink the yakult in the fridge.. so i took one.
*open the straw packet*
*put in the straw*
Then i saw what they wrote on the bottle:
"Contains 30 billion live Lactobacillius casei Shirota strain from JAPAN"And on the other side:
"Lactobacillus casei Shirota strain reaches the intestines alive where it helps to increase beneficial bacteria, decrease harmful bacteria....."I always knew yakult or vitagen had bacteria in it but 30 billion!? That's a lot. It turns me off the drink. Like they even had to emphasise the word "alive" -_________- And what's more, they put the japan word in caps. As if it makes a difference.. japanese bacteria is the same as singaporean bacteria. Like are people going to go, "wow japanese bacteria!"?
Haha ok i think this sickness is making my brain crappy.
