The capital asset pricing model (CAPM) is used in finance to determine a theoretically appropriate required rate of return and thus the price if expected cash flows can be estimated of an asset if that asset is to be added to an already well-diversified portfolio given that asset's non-diversifiable risk.

Speak english please!

I can't wait to start national service. It's gonna be so much easier compared with second year double majors in accounting and finance. How hard can it get? Stand there, shut down your brain and get scolded even though it's not your fault, do pushups, run, shoot, sleep, wake up early, go outfield, look forward to booking out, book out and book in again. It's quite impossible for that to be harder than staying here and studying a commerce degree.

Just a few more days of finance to go then i can back off and........ concentrate on accounting for another week. After that i'm going to..

This plate of chicken rice looks so tempting!
